Should I be upset that my wine as sent ground cross country instead of air?

I had specifically asked several times that the wine be shipped 2 or 3 day air from the east coast to the west coast. Received a fed ex email saying was sent ground on last Monday couldn’t be delivered Saturday since the office was closed. I had notified the store about their mistake.

Not even an apology from them.

Yes, if you paid for 2 - 3 day air then you have every right to be upset. Even though temps are ok right now for regular ground, if you requested air, you should have received air at the crazy prices you pay for that service.

If you paid for 2 Day air (not sure there is a 3 day air, but we only use FedEx) and they sent it ground you need to ask for a refund. The difference in shipping costs for those two options is fairly substantial - especially coast to coast.

FedEx has 3 Day Select air across country.
