Thought I would pose this question to this itb who might run analysis. How hard (costly) would it be to run a test for Carbohydrates in a liquor or wine?
I’ve been doing Keto occasionally for a few years and would love to have a real answer for Fernet Branca. I’d gladly pay a decent fee for that answer but wouldn’t mind some others if the $$$ is palatable.
Any thoughts on the process or with whom to inquire.
