Tennants Auctioneers Fine Wine Auction

#1 Post by markalittler » October 3rd, 2017, 2:01 am

Hi Everyone,

I just received an email about my account (which has been inactive for quite a while now) which spurred me back to life!

Just to let you know that Tennants Auctioneers Fine Wine sale is on Saturday 7th October.

There are 350 lots - over 100 lots of claret too including quite a few tasty bottles.

There are bottles of 1966, 1970, 1975, 1979 and 1994 Petrus, a First Growth Bordeaux 1996 horizontal, as well as the usual offerings of Burgundy, Champagne (with quite a few nice bottles), Port etc.

However, it is the 'Rest of the World' (big area, I know) category that has some nice surprises in it:

Casanova di Neri Cerretalto 2006, Dominus 1995, Henschke Hill of Grace Shiraz 1990, Opus One 1997, Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia Bolgheri 1972 & 1978, Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia Bolgheri 2000, Vega Sicilia Unico Gran Reserva Magnum 2015 Release and also two bottles of Zyme Harlequin 2003.

The catalogue is available here: https://www.tennants.co.uk/Catalogue/Sales/635.aspx

The sale is on the 7th October at 10:30am at Tennants Auctioneers in Leyburn, North Yorkshire.

Now I know my log in again I will be posting more!
