How happy are you with your web sales tools?

Given the growth in modern eCommerce tools by companies like Shopify, Magento, et al., I'm curious how people here feel about their websites.

If you aren't satisfied with your site, what's blocking you from improving it? Time? Money? Knowledge? Are you locked in to your existing solution for technological reasons?
