What’s your experience with them when placing multiple orders to build a case to ship?

I have placed 3 separate order since early summer with them with a total of 11 bottles. You guessed it, and I am trying to make another one to make a case. For each of the 3 different orders, they have been adding shipping costs to each order. I reached out their customer service asking for the shipping charges to be removed for now and only to apply when the actual shipping occurs. I got an wishy washy answer that they will refund me the difference at the time of shipping.

What have been your experience with WC in consolidated orders shipping out-of-state (NY)? Were you able to get the refund that they promised?

They should take care of you in the end.
Frustrating, however, that you need to wait to receive the refund.

That said, were they just not offering a free ground shipping “promotion”?

I just placed my 12th bottle and yes, I think they finally made the change on the site and offer “$0, hold for shipping” option.

That’s great news! I have had nothing but good experience with them.
