Drop Stop custom orders?

#1 Post by ColinH » September 13th, 2018, 6:22 am

Has anyone had good experience with custom Drop Stop orders? I seem to get redirected to their Danish group (when going to Drop Stop US) where the only payment option is a Swift transfer which is kind of silly. Suspect that US orders are all handled and settled in the US?

Colin,
If you don't have DropStops contact info in the USA it's below, I believe it is in Minnesota. I have not tried to order from them direct, we used to get them from True Brands but now they carry Flume pour discs, they are more affordable but I'm not sure if they do special orders on them. I can ask my Rep if you like?

Thanks, Carrie. If you are able to get info from your rep on custom Flume I'd certainly take a look.

I've done the online quote form for drop stop, they subsequently sent the non US contact info. Suppose I could do it again and put a US address which I can work with.....
