2011 Briceland Humboldt Reserve

The palate is where this wine shines. Medium body, and beautiful, pure fruit. Somewhere in between cherry and strawberry, strong acidity integrated throughout the palate, and a great finish.

This is really impeccably balanced, full of energy, and a joy to drink.

Not sure how many folks picked this one up, but with the chatter on Briceland whites I thought I’d open a red. I really, really enjoyed this. Thanks, Andrew!

Michael

Thanks for your note Michael.

I haven’t tried the Reserve yet, but I intend to pick some up with my next order. I really like the red-fruitedness in Andrew’s wines.

I really enjoy Andrew’s wines, and this is probably one of the tastiest I’ve had. It definitely has the ability to improve with a few years of age as well, so I, for one, will try to leave a few for future study [cheers.gif]

Corey,

Your 2011 Reserve, along with 2012 Ronda’s and 2012 Phelps are on they way via Fedex. Let me know what you think of them.

Michael & Brad,

Thanks for your kind words. I am always glad to hear when someone enjoys one of our bottles.
