Last bottle of this. Beautiful stuff. I hate to use the cliche of calling it Burgundian as that is unfair to both continents.

Gorgeous. Nose of moist earth and rich preserves. Barest fruit upfront with loads of earth, mushroom and brie rind underneath. Crystalline structure, lilting acids. Lengthy finish which kept dropping down octaves. Very harmonious and balanced with no single notes dominating (making a note hard.)
