Opened briefly before serving. Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of paraffin. nutmeg and some camphor. Flavors of pear, apple and nutmeg. Light to medium acidity, medium body. Drink over the next couple of years. (90 pts.)
