Great zinberry fruit, some spice, touch of lushness that’s well balanced by acidity and some nice complexity. Packed with flavor and interest. Perfect match for bbq ribs on the 4th. (92 pts.)

I can’t wait to chime in on this. I sent my BIL to Winex a few weeks ago to pick up 4, and I should collect them this week. One of my in-laws fav Zin producers is Rafanelli, and I can’t wit to compare them. Thanks for the note!

I could be wrong, but I think the only 07 Carlisle Zin that was screwcapped was the 07 Sonoma County.

Correct. This had a cork closure. Finished off the remaing 1/3 bottle tonight, even better
