I finally got my shipment from John. Popped and poured. First sniff was very promising, earth, spice, mint and red fruits, It pretty much ended there. The palate was rather bland and thin. I was wanting for structure and acidity.
Wasn’t this a cheap end Brug from Garagiste Ramon? I have a few but figured I would wait until 2010 before bothering any of them with 2005 on the label.
