That is impressive sourcing, especially if you paid below 100 EUR per which you do not mention. Directly from Lorenzo?

Had a great experience with the 2005 PYCM Charmes a few days ago (also newly arrived from Benchmark; they probably sourced it from the same place as this batch) and it was absolutely singing. Picked up a mag of the 2005 PYCM Genevrieres on the strength of that performance

Also 2014 PYCM St Aubin Le Banc and 2014 Paul Pillot Clos St Jean. It's nice when an anniversary year coincides with a great vintage [wow.gif]

Added a few things over the last couple of weeks between auctions and NH's latest promo.

NH:
6-2016 Ridge Geyserville
2-2015 Produttori del Barbaresco Barbaresco (great year for the normal)

Auction:
1-1998 Michel & Stéphane Ogier Côte-Rôtie
1-1985 Château Cos d'Estournel
2-2011 Produttori del Barbaresco Barbaresco Riserva Asili
1-1996 Domaine Robert Groffier Chambertin-Clos de Bèze
1-2001 Michel & Stéphane Ogier Côte-Rôtie Cuvée Lancement
1-1997 Michel & Stéphane Ogier Côte-Rôtie Cuvée la Belle Hélène
1-2003 Michel & Stéphane Ogier Côte-Rôtie
4-1991 M. Chapoutier Côte-Rôtie La Mordorée
1-2003 Rene Rostaing Côte-Rôtie Côte Blonde
1-1990 Domaine des Comtes Lafon Volnay 1er Cru Santenots-Du-Milieu
1-1996 Domaine Robert Groffier Chambertin-Clos de Bèze
1-2005 Domaine Ghislaine Barthod / Barthod-Noëllat Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Cras

Hard to believe only one bottle of Bordeaux in the bunch.

Correction, just won a 2 bottle lot of 89' Pichon Baron

3x 2013 Carema Black Label. Looking back at the 6 wines I have had over the past few weeks in the $30-$70 range, the Carema white label was my favorite one... but wished it had slightly more oompf... need explore N. Piedmonte some more...

At our golf club's annual wine tasting event that was an ocean of $30 oaky CA Cabs, and oaky CA Chardonnay. There was a perceived obligation to buy something, so I found these gems hiding in the corners, and bought 3-6 of each:

2016 Patricia Green Estate Pinot Noir
NV Pol Roger
2016 Dom Perriere Sancerre
