This should be interesting.
Yes it should be. Got a good deal (relative to what is on WS) and a few people I respect put in good notes recently. I had the 93 and 96 last December - both exceeded my expectations with the 93 being a stunner. I hope the 90 out does them both.

The Meyer Nepal was only in magnum in 2019. This is either the wrong AP number or wrong vintage.

Also available here. You have to email them about shipping:

https://durham.wine/Hofgut-Falkenstein- ... p243393618

They did bottle AP11 in 750 mL. AP11 was the only 2019 also bottled in magnum. Lars Carlberg said that North Carolina got a large allocation of AP11 since the importer selected it before the MFW review.

Let me know if you hear back. If that's the case I may need to call up this shop and see if they ship to NY/NJ for some of this

Man you boys are behind. Catch up! Piedmont Wine in NC has a bunch of AP 11. You can get it from any of the retailers that stock their wines. There's more info on this thread above.

#11 was bottled in both mag and 750, the information above is accurate.

I own No. 11 in both 750 and mag. Not all importers got the 750s. They were not available IIRC in NY / from MFW.

Enfield offering went up today.
Based on feedback here I signed up a week ago and ordered a variety this morning. My wife's fave cabs come from Pritchard Hill, so always excited to give something nearby but in a less expensive zip code a try. Enfield's Hennessey Ridge Cab originates just north of Pritchard Hill.

I hope this last tidbit is ok with John- They make a Sonoma Coast Waterhorse cab in a more classic style (cool climate) which I thought might be a great contrast to the other cabs. It's not part of this release (available last fall?), but John mentioned he might be able to find some for a new mailing-lister. Hopefully that works out!

Which [dance-clap.gif] [dance-clap.gif] vintages?
4, 11, 14 and 15
Score on 4, 11 and 14!!!! Have not tried 15, didn’t buy much from that vintage. Bought lots of 14 on Mark’s reco, but that’s my kind of vintage anyway. I flat out love 2011, could be WOTV. Have had two 04s this past year, also excellent.

Good work!!!
Have you tried the 15 La Gravette? I’ve read some mixed reviews on CellarTracker, but they sound like bad bottles. I’ve been tearing through my 2016s- love them.

Love the 10, 12, 14 and 16. Have not tried the 15, did not buy. Not really my style of vintage. A fantastic second label!

Bought a case of 2019 Falkenstein Mayer AP11 in 750ml format from durham.wine
The owner, Cam, is a very good guy to work with. He has 3 cases in stock with 4 more cases coming next week. If you are unable to get their website to ship it to you, email cam and he will take care of it promptly.

I have no affiliation with them.

I wish y’all would shut up. I have been dragging my feet hoping everyone will be out of it by the time I act.

Looks like the Berserker community is doing its best in sniffing out and clearing out the remaining US inventory of Falkenstein Meyer Nepal. Did my part and grabbed a case [cheers.gif]

After reading these I wonder if I should call Cam and ask for a "brokerage fee" for opening up the floodgates for durham.wine :). I'm glad everyone has been able to get a hold of the "Meyer Nepal". I can't wait to try it. I spoke to Cam today via email and he is excited to be able to provide an avenue for all of the Riesling lovers. I also have no affiliation with this store and this is my first order with them. He did show interest in joining the Berserkers so hopefully we will have another Riesling lover and seller on the boards soon.

A couple of things I've never tried before:
Amirault Côte 50 2018
Domaine de la Roche Bleue Coteaux du Loir La Guinguette 2019 (love their Jasnières)
Le Sot de L'ange Malolactix
