Great source in Germany with tons of back vintage Prum, MM, Lamy-Caillat, etc at rock bottom prices. They have this transparent quota system to get access to their best wines and if you want the other stuff anyway, it's a steal.

05/09/13 JJ Prum WS Auslese GK
07/12 JJ Prum WS Auslese
12/17 Lamy-Caillat Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets

Thanks Scott. The welcome here has been extremely kind. I can't wait to learn from all of the members and hopefully broaden my horizons in wine.

Cheers to your purchases as well. I would love to have a 2019 Château Léoville Poyferré in my collection. To be honest I would love to have all of those wines in my collection :).

I couldn't pass these up, especially given the price and my worry that I'll start getting priced out of some of other MSR favorites. Loved the couple bottles of Falkenstein I've had in the past but they've been hard to find.

Found a bin end, 1 bottle JJ Prum 2009 Graacher Himmelreich Auslese at almost half price.

Yesterday bought a case of JJ Prum 2015 WS Kabinett.

Unbelievably happy!

One an intended purchase, the other pure chance.

Great stuff! You can't beat half price! Nice find. Those purchases always feel the best.
Bins ends have always been on my radar, though I do always check storage conditions etc. Also, lots of retailers just seem to want to move the stock and often don't appear to know just how valuable/great some of these wines are. Always surprises me - our bonus!

Found a bin end, 1 bottle JJ Prum 2009 Graacher Himmelreich Auslese at almost half price.

Yesterday bought a case of JJ Prum 2015 WS Kabinett.

Unbelievably happy!

Even at regular retail price these wines are a steal given the quality. Annual buys for me :)
Couldn't agree more. Once you discover this fact there's no going back it becomes essential you hunt them down. I often buy at auction locally and some of the bargins I pick up there are simply off the scale, (much of the stock is ex Cambridge University colleges cellars) truly mind bending to pick fabulous wines for a song!

I salivate every time I see some of these awesome wines the members on here purchase each day. I would love just to walk through some of member's cellar especially Andrew K's and Brian S t o t t e r's.

Nice. It’s my youngest son’s birth year so I have WS Spat, Aus, and a couple bottles of Aus GK, and I only kick myself for not getting the Kab!

Naw man. I just started collecting seriously last year. Going to be a long time before I have a cellar like some of the big boys here.

From Europe I assume? The Rollin 17s are great.

3 x 2018 Domaine Francois Cotat Sancerre Les Culs de Beaujeu

Victor ordered me some La Grande Cote, from a bet, so figured I need this one as well, especially after seeing Buzz’s note.
