1999 Delas Hermitage Les Bessards

Audozed for only about 30 minutes. Licorice/tar on nose, cassis and black fruits on palate. Very smooth, resolved tannins. Surprised a wine of this lifespan so open with short air time. Long finish. Wow. With grilled chicken

Brodie- this should have a long life but it’s definitely ready to go.
Michael- the '99 is the only one I’ve tried.
