They should hold them for you till the fall unless it changed recently. Never had a problem with such a request except for Marathon sales. Those they get out right away.

2013 School House Pinot today for $55. I've had the wines a few times, but not since the early 2000s. Anyone have any recent notes?

I bought two on principle because 35 dollars.
2013 is now up at $50. Any feedback on the 2012?

CT average value is $50 for the 2013 Hunt McKay Cabernet, which is what LB is offering it at. So seemingly not much of a deal.

Outstanding Cabernet, great deal. That $50 CT price probably relates to an earlier Last Bottle offering and/or WineBid price. Winery release price was $125. Formerly KaDieM Cellars. One to look for on Last Bottle Marathon.

95% To Kalon vineyard fruit.

I'm in for 4
Sounds like this one should sit for a few years before opening.
The reviews are very good.

I couldn't resist that one, particularly after walking the vineyards right in the vicinity (with Alex MacDonald) - legendary source for fruit, even though I'm not huge on valley Cab, this is a good buy.

Wow, '14 Keever Cab on now - $99 which isn't a killer price, but that's some damn good wine, and I'm surprised to see it up there. Wouldn't think Keever has much trouble with selling product.

I think $135 - it's tempting, as you don't see much of it out there, and the property and winemaker are TOP notch. I visited years ago, was amazing.

Yeah great! [soap.gif] FYI: the Winery did NOT do this. Apparently whomever the agreement was with, it wasn't that the Cab would be discounted for this price according to what I was told and there has been several calls from accounts not happy about it including me. Keever does not discount their wines like this

Really like the offering from Kenefick. Being from Calistoga it is definitely a fruit forward wine for sure so if you're AFWE prob not for you. But if you like big fruit Napa Cabs at $32 its a steal.

Would highly recommend going in on the Salmon SC. It's a very cool wine - 100% Pinot Meunier which LB don't really make a big deal of, but that makes it extremely unique. I bought a few of these in the last run and they are really great for the money. Drank pretty well from the off too.

Thanks for the heads up. My tasting note on the 2011:

This was so great for the price and I'm bummed I missed out on the 2012 via the Lastbottle marathon... It's got to be the best qpr Champagne out there? Pears and pineapple and a bit of honey. A bit of lingering sweetness and great finish.
