My third bottle since 2005 and one that is finally open for business. Lots of sour cherry and spice with a streak of minerality on the mid-palate (very Graves-like). Just yummy - how’s that for a fancy TN.
There are plenty of tannins in there so this wine will go another 10 years easy. I’ll pop another in 3-5 years. Amazing that such a baby Bordeaux has such depth and stuffing. I kind of think 2000 will be around and hanging with many a 2005.
