Thread drift here but thanks for the taste of the 2002 Usseglio Deux Freres.
It was great to meet you and share some wine.

Don - Continuing on with the thread drift … the Deux Freres was 2000. I doubt a Deux Freres was made in 2002. You are mighty welcome and the same back to you! Very glad you could make it and hopefully we can pop some corks down your way sometime!

My bad. I had 2002 on my mind because of the Eloge.
That 2000 was great stuff. Thanks for that.

I couldn’t get past the bar security to offer it to you. No one realized this was a wine from The Todd…I was drinking the King’s juice while easily passing up SQN. Tasty stuff I must say.
