2007 Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro Ribera del Duero La Planta - Spain, Castilla y León, Ribera del Duero (4/4/2009)
The nose has dark red fruit, a loamy quality and vanilla. Its medium bodied on the palate with black cherries, raspberries, a very slight hazelnut note; the mid palate hits with a slight mushroom quality and its pretty creamy with a coconut milk characteristic. Nice Finish, velvety tannins. It holds the same note over 2 days, very nice bottle for 15 bones. Would grab another if I came across it. (89 pts.)
