high pitch sound from my eurocave, why?

I noticed yesterday and today my eurocave developed an annoying high pitch sound whenever the compressor is on.
Why idea as to why and fix?

My quick guess is that the condenser fan bearing is failing or in need of lubrication.

Thad fan runs when the compressor runs.

Sometimes, excessive dust on the coils will do this. Blow them off before you tank your Eurocave.

I agree, blow off the coils, etc., but when you get a high-pitched sound that wasn’t there before, it’s usually from a moving piece. And if it was silent and starts making noise, it sometimes means that moving piece needs lubrication, but just as often, it’s failing. You might want to get a refrigerator guy out there to check it out. Good luck! Whatever you do, don’t wait until it actually fails.

Thx everyone!

So its…

Wait for it….
