just have Yeti do it. it’l cost 3x as much as the competition, but it’ll have the word Yeti on it.

I’d probably call Austin Wine Merchant or Michael Thibault for leads. I’m sure this question has been asked of them before. I have a friend in San Antonio who I can ask, but I suspect Austin area would have more options given all the crazy tech $$$ moving there.
Check out VinoSpaces. Justin is Austin based but does work in lots of different places. In full disclosure he’s a friend, but he’s done work on my active cellar at home in Austin and I was very pleased.
