Which Berserker takes the best cell phone bottle pics??

I’d like to do a thread, or standalone page, on taking great bottle shots with a cell phone. This would be either a thread or a standalone page (likely on the new site) and because of the site’s great SEO, would get a lot of attention. Kenny H has been mentioned, particularly for his food shots…

Someone ELSE all Berserkers know poo-pooed ALL Berserkers as having less-than-decent bottle shots, so I’d like to find someone who does, indeed, know how to do this and can teach all Berserkers (and all visitors) so the quality of shots ‘shoots’ up - we all benefit from it!

With the phone. Portrait mode. Proper lighting.
A bit of post edit to straighten/composition, bring up brightness / shadows. Usually works fine.

I was only able to pry one of these bottles from Paradiso di Cacuci at the winery. I was able to find 3x of the d’Aragona pink labels in Montalcino.

I don’t play in Buzz’s space, but I do like these from our Highlands trip…

Great shots! Only problem is those photos must be 20 years old with the 1/4" mocha grout lines.

From my professional photographer wife…
Balance the horizontal plane. A few in this thread are crooked.
Silence the surroundings. Grout lines are a no no.
A vignette with shaded edges can enhance the image.
Closer…and remove the shit surrounding it.

To my eyes, all these photos with heavy blur effects are an eyesore. Especially if it cuts abruptly from a sharp edge to a mushy blur like in that Hammel pic. I don’t get it why all the social media are full of pics like these, I think they are pretty horrible and would look much better unedited.
