Hudelot-Noëllat Vosne-Romanée Les Suchots 2005 : 18/20
A great pinot noir, elegant, persistant.
Lenoir Les Roches Chinon red 1997 : 17,5/20
An excellent Chinon, ripe, thin and tasty, ready to drink. I thought it was Bel Air Marquis d’Aligre.
Rougeard Saumur-Champigny 2002 (magnum) : 16,5/17
Elegant, average intensity.
Felsina Rancia Chianti Riserva 2016 : 17,5/20
An excellent sangiovese, on a great vintage. Hesitation, as often, between Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino.
François Cotat Sancerre Grande Côte 2010 (magnum) : 17/20
Yet an excellent smooth François Cotat, including this lovely elderberry long taste.
Giuseppe Cortese Barbaresco Rabaja 2013 (magnum) : 17+/20
Again, an hesitation between nebbiolo and sangiovese comes when you taste blind. When nebbiolo is unveiled, difficult to state if it is Barolo or Barbaresco. Strong, deep … still needs time.
Domaine de la Borde Julien Maréschal Arbois Pupillin Savagnin les Ecrins 2016 : 16,5/17
2 ans ouillés puis 2 ans non ouillés. A very pleasant expression, elegant, long. Same rating in february 2022.
Jerez Fernando Castillo Oloroso : 17/20
Interesting, maybe more Palo Cortado than Oloroso.
