Way too young, but I got a few of these and wanted to give it a spin.
Great nose - fresh, very slight hint of petrol, hint of apple, lychee. In the mouth refreshing acidity and minerality with great fruit reserves.
I believe this will round out in the coming years, but it is lovely now.
Had it with local asparagus, roasted spuds, and a corn-fed bird with garlic and fresh herbs under the skin
