Picked this one up from Berserker Day 13 - what a score. Clean, fresh, bright, the fruit is restrained that vague lemonlime thing I like, minerally, almost saline, very easy to drink with takeout grilled shrimp tacos from my favorite taco truck Ambakity in Bothell, WA. Nice work, Nicole Walsh.

I’ve been buying this wine for a few years now. The 2021 was just released and its even more elegant with a more laid back profile than
2020. Love the orange muscat too… 2021 was another lovely example of that wine. I was able to taste through the entire spring release a few weeks ago at the tasting room in Aptos. Tasting the two Cabernert Pfeffers side by side was interesting.
