Tonight I drank a burgundy wine

The name of the burgundy wine is Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru Boucherottes Domaine des Héritiers Louis Jadot. This one was from the vintage 2005. The bottle lasted slightly longer than it took to read the name. The wine was good and seemed to be in a friendly mood. I recommend it to you all.

This has been my tasting note. Thank you for coming.

Neal,
Occasionally, I taste a wine that does this to me; it stops me.
And simple seems the only considered response.

And it is.
Enjoy, Jim

and it was red.

FWIW

Drank right out of the bottle.

I wish I had some burgundies left in my cellar but I have drank them all and cannot justify paying the price relative to Aubert, Kistler, and Occidental let alone bargains like Walter Hansel, Melville and Calera!

I have found many Argentine Pinots are very Burgundian and reasonably priced, but they are unfortunately hard to find outside of Argentina.

Stellar review. Will seek out.

Neal, if it was that easy to drink, it must have been a trap.

Enjoyment is what it is all about.

The trap is Neal’s. No doubt the wine was thin and acidic. After all it was burgundy.

I don’t know you anymore.

Seems that rather than stopping him it turned him into Andy Kaufman.
