Got a bottle to see if worth going deep on this wine. Well, it would be quite sensible to go as deep as you can. The wine opens up with some brioche and hazelnuts, then the fruits come in with apple, lemon, and orange/mango notes. It is rich and delicate at the same time, tough to explain. And there is such a creamy feel about it, just loved it.
Not cheap, at $95, but for my palate it’s worth buying as much as you can afford.
