    Youthfully tasty, with vibrant, almost sweet fruit and excellent mouthfeel. I didn’t expect much more than that given the recent release, but all four of us enjoyed it. Bit simple for the price tag, but again very young. It will be interesting to see how it evolves in a year or so.

My thoughts are similar. Tasty but maybe a bit one note. Not sure if it has the making for long term. Have two more bottles to hold. Too many others at this price though.

Doesn’t need to make long term. Sometimes it’s good to enjoy today. I would bet it gets more interesting with another year or three in the cellar.

Thanks for the note. Previous renditions of Rhys sparklers have improved with a little bit of resting time in the bottle.
Same with UtW.
Fruit is foremost if popped within weeks of arrival. The more nuanced version might take a few months, I guess sparkling wines don’t really like traveling!?
