At the last minute I needed a great bottle of white Rhone for a dinner and saw a magnum of Chave blanc 2015 on Wine Searcher at Spirited.
There was no way to ship normally, and after a couple of phone calls had given up. And then a few minutes later, they called again; it turns out one of their people was coming to Manhattan and will drop off the bottle at the restaurant.
Way beyond good customer service.,
