NOSE: slightly oxidized apple; a touch lactic and buttery.
BODY: light, moderately deep, pale yellow color; medium-light bodied.
TASTE: frothy; medium richness of fruit; some noticeable chalky mineral; low-level excellent, and I appreciate the 375mL format.
