TN: 2018 Failla Gamay Noir Bjornson Vineyard

#1 Post by Adam Frisch »

  • 2018 Failla Gamay Noir Bjornson Vineyard - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Eola - Amity Hills (10/15/2021)
Light as a feather. Sour cherries and hint of piths. Some stone, some chalk, with semi-drying fine tannins. Soft end, very elegant. Impressive outing. (92 pts.)

Great TN. I only know the Vincent Bjornson Gamay, for which I would give a similar note, but describe it as having a tad more weight.
Cheers,
Paul
