I have been a buyer at Vinfolio for a long time now. I had an issue with an order I placed July of last year that recently arrived. Issue was with bottle count and error in their system. They handled it professionally by offering an alternative and ASKING FIRST if it would be satisfactory to me and even threw in an overnight shipping that will arrive before 10:30am to the East Coast.
