Youthful, deep and concentrated. It has a core of black cherry. There are purple flowers a plenty and freshly tilled earth. It is unctuous and fleshy, with good build and an expansive finish. Delicious now but so much in reserve.

Thanks for the note, Jeremy. I love the Chevillon wines but haven’t tried any of the 2016s. I’ll have to find some to try based on your experience with the Bousselots.
