2020 Weingut Keller Riesling Limestone - Germany, Rheinhessen (8/22/2021)
Decanted and popped it back in the cellar for an hour prior to tasting. Aromatically much more open than the 2020 Keller trocken tastes yesterday. Effectively the feinherb version of Keller’s Limestone kabinett. Lime, grapefruit, kumquat, and some green notes of chervil and zuta. Good acid, but again a bit less than 2019. I think the Limestone kabinett may have a better cut though. AP 03 21
