    Like the 16 Les Monts Damnés…start with some crystalline rainwater…fresh squeeze more grapefruit, limes…quince paste…add some lemongrass, white flowers, dried kaffir lime leaf…ton of salty rocks, smoky flint strike, chalky limestone…then CRUSH and stir! Air out a bit for integration and harmony…this wine! Damn tasty, with room to grow! (95 pts.)
