Every time I crack a paul bara bubbly I wonder why I don’t drink it more often. This is lovely. Linear, rich but not overly so, round mouth feel with some nice acidity, super smooth finish. Comfort food of champagne.

Nice. Big fan of Bara. The NV Rose & Brut have been, for lack of a better term one of my ‘house’ champagne’s for a while now.
