Wow this is a serious wine.
From Raul Perez home estate, this is a step up from the Ultreia St Jacques which is itself also a fantastic wine with some very nice aromatics, a bit of power, and very nice balance. Think of the Ultreia with the volume turned up 20%, a bit more complexity, and a longer finish. Fantastic value at $30.
