He did so many innovative things in the 60s and 70s.
Oh no - a super guy. RIP - I first met Bob when he was at Sokol Blosser -
RIP Bob McRitchie. I’ve only had one or two of his wines but he was definitely a seminal influence for Willamette Valley wines.
His 1983 Pinots were stellar.
