Tried this eldery Chard this weekend:
1. Brewer-Clifton Chard St.RitaHills (14.0%; www.BrewerClifton.com) Lompoc 2015: Med.dark gold color; strong nutty/toasted almonds bit melony/mature Chard nutmeg/toasty/Fr.oak slight wet wool/wet Army blabket rather complex very interesting nose; fairly tart rather rich/lush nutty/toasted almonds/bit oxidative some Fr.oak/toasty/nutmeg rather melony/toasted oatmeal/Chard rather complex mature Chard flavor; very long/lingering rather nutty/toasted almonds/bit oxidative ripe/melony/Chard/bit lemony/celery seed some toasty/Fr.oak complex finish; a fully mature ripe Chard that shows a bit of oxidative character; drink up. $20.00 (KK)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. This Chard showed up at Kokomans this weekend. Obviously being cleared out by the distributor. Normally retails for about $30. Clearly on the downside but still offers up lots of pleasure.
