Of course this is my last bottle and the best showing thus far! Super spongy cork, but Durant extracted it perfectly. Color much less golden than I would have guessed. Any concerns about acidity being lost at this age allayed by first sniff--PLENTY of spine left here. Kaleidoscope aromas of flowers, peach, and lemon zest on the nose and palate. Vibrant, juicy acidity keeping everything in check. To me a perfect spot of maturity. Going to match this up with my bourbon glazed ham and Easter sides.
