They put Montrachet in the bottle? You would think they would at least use the quality of cork that Gaja uses.

The biodynamic calendar says that 4/1 is a terrible day to open a bottle of wine.

and it’s a bordeaux glass, so obviously not getting all it has to offer…there’s your problem.

It’s closed of course. Serves you right for opening burgundy at the wrong (date and) time!
