  • 2015 Pierre Péters Champagne Grand Cru l'Esprit - France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru (3/30/2021)
Nose: The nose is fragrant and balanced with white fruits, green apples, lemon peels, peaches, almonds, acacia flowers, biscuits, warm dough, crushed rocks, and baking spices. There is excellent depth with it really opening up as it warms up.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with crisp, high acidity. The feel is well balanced and fresh with white fruits, lemon peels, green apples, peaches, almonds, warm dough crushed rocks, and baking spices.

Overall: This could benefit from a couple of years but it doesn't feel like a long-hauler. There is excellent fragrance and balance with a freshness that is extremely attractive right now. (92 pts.)
