TN: 1993 Arnoux Nuits "Les Proces"

This was opened a couple of hours before dinner, in case it needed air time. Which it didn't. Lovely sour cherry fruit, still quite bright, with just a hint of clove and mineral/earth; the fruit was less exuberant than it must have been in youth. Not a hint of sous bois or similar markers of maturity. Held up very nicely over 3-4 hours until it was gone, there was not a lot of change over that time. Happy to have another bottle.
