P: Light weight, with impeccable length and balance. The winemaker’s deft and confident hand shows through with elegance and grace. Restrained and forceful at once, quite a feat!
According to their Facebook page, it’s a natural wine, with minimal SO2 added.
OK, where can you get it? Well in Israel, but this is apparently a boutique wine, not yet imported to the US. We came by it via the winemaker’s parents.
