Light pale straw in the glass. Front is apples soaking in lemon lightly buttered; plus some stones. Medium bodied. Front is well aligned to the nose, Apples, lemony tinted citrus, light vanilla, bright acidity upfront and throughout, A bit hollow on fruit transitioning to the finish. Finish is apple fading out pleasantly and slowly. Nothing astringent or deterring. Enjoyable and drink soon territory for me. Great accompaniment to full roast chicken and a classic country stuffing.
