Nose: The nose is deep and complex, filled with red apples, pears, mint, chamomile, quince, cinnamon, crushed rocks, green tea, biscuits, stone fruit, yellow flowers, vanilla, baked fruits, and warm dough.
Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with crisp, high acidity. The feel is well textured and balanced with red apples, pears, mint, quince, cinnamon, crushed rocks, green tea, biscuits, stone fruits, and warm dough.
Overall: I opened this to celebrate my finishing of WSET Diploma and this absolutely delivered. This is a tremendous champagne that is open for business though can still use more time to develop as there is a lot of freshness to the fruit. (93 pts.)
