in the zone. The acidity rips through the wine which is super Chablis. Lemon zest and a hint of bitterness that adds interest, it’s got great finesse, freshness,
and length. There’s a lightness to it while it retains depth and weight. I don’t get chalk but I get Chablis.

My ‘07 Bouguerots under cork has been like this. Brilliant. But time to check again as premox is so bottle to bottle.
