TN: 2012 Jean Foillard Morgon Cuvée Corcelette
Quite stemmy/stalky at first with some sandalwood and raspberry too. With air you get violets and other plant matter. It has a gentle meatiness and is relatively lean through the mid-palate. It is fine and crunchy, finishing with good cut and persistence.
