Exquisite white peach fruit trimmed with some aniseed spice. Loads of smoky mineral too. Unctuous and full, with excellent depth and the usual Roulot precision. Has the power of the vintage and elegance of the maker. Such a beautifully balanced wine that is starting to drink really well.

Like you said - their wine making did a good job tempering the power. Their 15s are delicious
