Not usually one for young Auslese, but I have a few and figured I’d check one out while it’s still open.

2018 Hofgut Falkenstein Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Auslese - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (1/2/2021)
Pours nearly clear in the glass. Super purity. Clean. It is '18 in its ripeness and there is lower acidity than I’d ideally like. Juicy green apple, ripe, lush in the middle, but medium weight. Maybe lacks some of that inner core mineral edge. I find it rather easy drinking still and a nice compliment to spicy sichuan.
